  • To effectively and efficiently supervise the Swimming pools & ensuring all operating and emergency procedures are followed at all times.
  • Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
  • Proper grooming at all times
  • To attend training classes as per schedule
  • Shows fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments
  • Ensure safe daily operations within the Recreation areas by ensuring compliance of all health, safety and fire prevention policies and procedures.
  • Your experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plusYour team and working environment:
  • Monitors and informs about any problems/shortcomings of Beach/Sea Access, pool water quality e.g.
  • Mandatory Life guard trainings need to be followed and attended
  • Attendance and Punctuality
  • Man days of training attended
  • Customer satisfaction index
  • Employee motivational index
  • Quality audits (Monthly BIA, annual IQ)
  • Man days of training conducted
