Job SummaryResponsible to achieve the sales goals and KPIs of the assigned product portfolio, contributing to RDC IMEA and the sub-region/Country objectives, drive business success, based on product innovation and high medical value promotion. Provide knowledge and support to customers on the products under responsibility, while maximizing opportunities on channel-filling. Ensure doing business as per Roche Code of Conduct.Key AccountabilitiesAchieve the sales required in the area of responsibilityPromote the assigned product portfolio, in line with the strategyImplement the activities and strategies defined, to achieve the sales targets, gain market share and meet the related strategic KPIs Identify new opportunities on the assigned products within existing and new clients to expand the business and ensure channel-fillingEnsure ongoing interaction and communication with customers, coordinating the market visits with the line managerMaintain up-to-date knowledge on the product portfolio and intended use, proactively searching for market information, competitive developments, and transferring them to the Sales teams, in alignment with Marketing.Implement sales cycles as needed while assuring good knowledge of the contentCommunicate on-label medical information to clientsEnsure activity planning/reporting and mapping using Salesforce.com, keeping data updated, and ensure that all administration is completed in a timely and accurate mannerWho You AreYou hold a University Degree in Pharmacy; Biomedical Engineer or Life scienceYou have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in a healthcare environmentYou possess an experience in OTC productsYou possess excellent communication skillsYou enjoy Team spiritYou have Time management and prioritization skillsYou possess coaching and mentoring skillsYou are fluent in English and ArabicWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
