  • Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard

  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
  • Excellent organizational skills and time managementYour team and working environment:
  • Be responsible for all cleaning of guest rooms
  • Ensure that to have enough quantity of guest amenities on your trolley
  • Ensure the work quality up to standard
  • Handle all service matters to guests
  • Strictly follow Lost and Found procedure
  • Be aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
