Job Description

  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
  • Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appealYour experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by exampleYour team and working environment:
  • Supervises the activities of the waiters in assigned station.
  • Escorts customers to their tables and recommends dishes & wines.
  • Conducts an efficient and courteous service to the guests.
  • Creates an atmosphere of tranquility amongst the brigade.
  • Checks the standard and quality of food and beverage, which leaves the kitchen and bar.
  • She/he needs to have a sale behavior?, and ask tactfully to the guests if they would like another beverage or an up selling.
  • Checks the extra needs of a guest all the time.
  • Coordinates with Restaurant Manager to plan and conduct skills training constantly.
  • Attends the communication meetings of his/her Outlet.
  • Checks waiters for execution of side jobs.
  • Makes sure that all equipment?s are in appropriate place and nothing is left around, which can be hazardous.
