Provides exceptional customer service and understanding of the guests needs is an essential part of this role due to the one-to-one nature of the role.. This position ensures all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.Main Duties

  • Perform nail care on female and male guests based on their request, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, Hand/foot massage, nail art, acrylic nails and gel extension, polish changes and any specialty treatments related to nails while providing the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills; packages and retail items.
  • Handles guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; meticulously respects guest needs for privacy, takes ownership of guest concerns and requests and acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur.
  • Applies professional products safely and accurately.
  • Complies with Four Seasons core and culture standards
  • Sets-up and maintains the room in an immaculate manner; maintains stocks of operating and guest supplies in the work areas.
Requirements
  • Candidate must be a licensed Nail Technician. Dual License in Massage preferred.
  • A minimum of 1year of previous in a luxury nail salon is preferred.
  • Good command of English language is essential.
