Job Title Excutive Chef · Develop unique and cuisine-appropriate menus· Collaborate with the F&B Manager to set item prices, creat new program promotion for F&B.· Stay current on developing trends in the luxury restaurant industry .· Maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and safety, hygiene, health code regulations...· Monitor inventory, purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors· Monitor F&B Guest Experience indicators, food cost and labor cost.· Hire, train and supervise kitchen staff· Assist and direct kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and deliveryWork Experience Expert knowledge of the restaurant and cuisine organization.Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings and other cooking best practicesAbility to develop unique recipes. Current knowledge of trends in the restaurant industryExperience in an internationally branded premium or luxury hotel a distinct advantage.In-depth knowledge of HACCP and local food handling regulationsComfortable training, directing and supervising kitchen staffExceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal-settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTime management and organizational skills Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline preferred.At least 5 to 6 years working experience in a international 5 stars hotel as Executive Chef,Strong financial and business acumen,Fluency in English. tification in a Culinary discipline preferred.
