Clean all wood, tile, and vinyl flooring with power equipment including stripping, sealing, waxing, and burnishing.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:* Promotes superior guest service.* Responsible for deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: buffing, stripping, waxing and scrubbing floors* Responsible for operating all ride on floor equipment* running high lift equipment for ceiling dusting* clean ceiling tiles, vents, lights fixtures, upper walls, foliage, window glass and other items needing ladders over six (6) feet or use of mechanical lift* Clean all carpet and upholstered areas with both wet and dry extraction equipmentRequirements:Qualifications:* Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)* one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience* Must be able to efficiently operate all ride on floor equipment, including buffers and scrubbers as well as high lift equipment* Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
