Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Develop Corporate financial policies, procedures & workflow, Internal Control, Cost Control & Treasury planning.Drive the financial transformation plan for the whole group and built business plans, feasibility studies, financial analysis and recommendations.Formulate and apply KPIs, benchmark.Drive strong business performance, developing financial & operational strategies, strategic and financial analysis, valuation, consolidation, Forecasting & budgeting, compliance and Audit, project management & infrastructure solutions. REQUIREMENTS: Evaluated current organization state in order to design and implement solutions enhancing revenue, reducing cost, and improving cash flow.Internal Re-engineering of financial structure, and financial strategies to acquire facilities.Building a robust budgeting control system to reduce costs and expenses.VAT implementation,Report risk issues to the audit committee and maintain relations with external auditors.Analyzing cash flow, cost controls and expenses to guide business leaders.Establishing/implementing short and long term dept. goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.Ensuring the maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.Financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.Ensuring the implementation of the international financial reporting standards (IFRS).Representing the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, foundation executives, auditors, public officials etc.
