UWallet is the brand of e-wallet service that can be easily activated on mobile devices, offering our clients a wide spectrum of convenient secure ways to execute local and international monetary transactions in few seconds, anytime, and anywhere.Job Purpose: Responsible for managing the daily activities for the companys card operations, and implementing all related policies and procedures to ensure that card related operations are executed in an accurate and timely manner.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage card operations activities including payments processing, settlements, mailings, stock management, and associated support functions.
  • Analyze customer dispute cases, fraud, and other cases received from card customers and market stakeholders
  • Liaise and engage with processor (MPTS) for investigations, troubleshooting, communication, and related cards operations .
  • Liaise and engage with market acquirers for investigations, troubleshooting, communication, and related cards operations.
  • Execute card activities and reconciliation processes effectively to ensure proper settlements & reconciliation with the finance team and 3rd parties.
  • Participate in the deployment/development plans of the card systems, procedures and team Support in card issuers? operations and inquiries.
  • Handle cards stock management and related reporting.
  • Test and evaluate new or proposed enhancement regarding the card operations system/ gateway.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the management falling within the job role?s scope of work.
