We help our clients design approaches to integrate new technologies, skills, and processes so they can get the most out of their technology investment and drive business results and innovation.Our team helps organisations align their business and operational requirements through the careful design of digital platforms and applications. Youll help our clients with application optimisation, strategic integration of custom packaged solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, and roadmap development. REQUIREMENTS: ResponsibilitiesAs a Specialist, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email- Diagnose and resolve assurance applications issues- Research questions using available information resources- Advise user on appropriate action- Follow standard help desk procedures- Log all help desk interactions- Administer help desk site- Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues- Redirect problems to correct resource- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions- Prepare activity reports- Inform management of recurring problems- Stay current with system information, changes and updates- Help update training manuals for new and revised software and hardware
