Job Description

Assistant F&B ManagerTo maintain our standards of quality, service and facilities in all departments over which he has responsibility and authority. He is responsible for the overall smooth and economical running of the entire Food & Beverage department inclusive as well of Recreation, Stewarding, Banqueting Operations and KitchenWhat is in it for you?

What you will be doing:The responsibilities of this post include, but not limited to:
  • Entire and full replacement of the Food & Beverage Manager
  • Acting in DFBs name in his absence, maintain the flow of information through regularly updates
  • Following and maintaining F&B administrative standards
  • Compilation of and adherence to financial budgets within F&B (Avg. covers, revenue, costs & related expenses).
  • Co-operation with hotel?s Rooms Division Guest Relation
  • Co-ordination with Sales Offices
Your experience and skills include:
  • University or collage graduate in hospitality or any related field
  • Solid F&B experience
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
