Job Description

Job Title Assists and supports the Executive Housekeeper in his/her tasks. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supervises and coordinates activities ofroom attendant, house attendant,public areacleaners and floor supervisors. He / She assists in the managing anddirectingof the day?to?day operations of allHousekeepingandlaundryfunctions.Participates in and enforces quality assurance forHousekeeping Departmentand departmentcostcontrol measures.What you will be doing:

  • Helps EHK in the implementation of major changes in all hotel areas, to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Maintains excellent relations and professionalism among all subordinate staff.
  • Coordinates repair and maintenance schedules of rooms.
  • Ensures cleanliness and hygiene standards in all hotel areas.
  • Ensures adherence to company and hotel policies on all departmental employees.
  • Checks and controls the availability and proper usage of supplies & material.

Your experience and skills include:
  • Bachelor?s degree/certificate in a related major and a solid experience in hospitality with minimum of 3 years in a HK supervisory level
  • Excellent command of English communication
  • Great personality and positive attitude in addition to the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels. Good time management skills
  • Very good communication and training skills
