Everyone at Eon is excited about their roles and the vision the company has, which has enabled us to foster a culture of collaborative synergy.Your ImpactManaging General accounting functions relegated to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and other general accounting functions.What Youll Do* Recording of the collection, reviewing the invoices on the system, monthly bank reconciliation and petty cash. * Reviewing vendor invoices, payments, recording, monthly reconciliation and end of the month costing of materials & sales. * Managing accounting ledger entries on accounting system.* Recording collections of invoices in the accounting system.* Reconciliation of intercompany monthly bank statements. * Knowledge in end of monthly reporting and closing reporting, managing the depreciation of fixed assets and year end closing and audit procedures.* Preparing payments according to company policy and payment terms. * Identifying payment priorities and ensuring payment deadlines are met. * Analyzing expenditure trends and opportunities for cost savings.* Maintaining and file all documents related to purchases including contracts, POs, invoices and material receiving.* Ensuring that cheques are collected/dispatched and that cheques in bank is kept to a minimum.* Ensuring that all invoices are in accordance to tax and regulatory standards.* Coordinating physical inventory counts and cycle counts.* Displaying a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and promote a good company image.
