Main Job PurposeÿTotal Quality Management Senior Manager develops and implements an organizations total quality management strategy with policies, programs, and initiatives. Leads cross-functional teams to study and develop effective tools, methods, and systems to ensure that the products and services are of the highest quality.ÿAccountabilitiesÿ? Develop and implement Supply Chain total quality management strategy with policies, programs, and initiatives.? Leads, guide cross functional teams to study and develop effective tools, methods, best practices and systems using six sigma, lean methodologies to ensure that the products and services are of the highest quality.ÿ? Lead vendors/manufactures in implementations of our quality programs, standardizations and new projects and initiatives by ÿdeveloping tactics, plans and monitor compliance to NMC standards.ÿ? Ensure programs to educate and motivate the employee about the culture of continuous improvement. ? Develop Master Plans, timelines and budget allocations for projects.ÿ? Lead Customer satisfactions and develop new measures and metrics to ensure all their needs are met. ? Create functional and sub-functional specific objectives and keep management informed and updated on all major changes and ÿobjectives progress.ÿ? Direct and review documentation of Private Label ingredients specification and final product specifications to consistently deliver quality products through product lifecycle.ÿ? Partner with R&D and Laboratories locally and internationally to support our Private Label product development plans incorporating with all stakeholders.ÿ? Lead the development of new products, standardized methods, standardized questionnaires, and deliverables and ensure itsÿ compliance with GSOs/SFDAs standards and regularities.ÿ? Lead audits of 3PL and Private Label manufacturers and ensure their compliance Nahdi & international standards and GMPs.? Develop the skills and profile of direct reports on the teamÿ? Lead the organization of all deliverables and documentation in a manner that facilitates retrieval by others. Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.ÿ
