Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
Provide civil construction quality supervision expertise (analysis & design of building envelop elements, prepare design calculations as per international codes specifically Saudi Building Code)
Monitor progress and performance of construction contractor or own Engineers during the execution of work.
Ensure the scope of work, procedures and schedules are adhered to.
Resolve and respond to technical queries from contractors.
Review technical contract documents & engineering reviews and prepare material takeoff as per design.
Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by following Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations, the Company?s Health, Safety & Environment Policy, and applying Safety Management Systems.
Perform progressive quality control and testing functions.
