Job brief? We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to overseethe daily operations of our online and offline stores. You will bethe one to ensure the smooth running of operations to maximizesales, profit and minimize costs.? The ideal candidate will have experience as a storemanager and knowledge of diverse business subjects such assales, marketing, operations etc. An effective retail manager willalso be able to motivate personnel to perform according to theirmaximum capacity.? Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.? Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.? Supervise, motivate, and guide staff towards maximum performance.? Track sales and revenue through analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios and make right forecasts.? Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.? Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion in ? out stores and display plans.? Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.? Source for new products and services to have new ranges to be different from competitors and improve profitability.? Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.? Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the stores? reputation.? Inspect the areas in the stores and resolve any issues that might arise.?
