Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HORECA Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a HORECA Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes). You will be responsible for driving sales and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the HORECA sector.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers (hotels, restaurants, and cafes) in the assigned territory, and establish long-lasting partnerships to generate consistent sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular sales visits and meetings with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, offer solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Present and promote our products and services to key decision-makers, highlighting their unique selling points and advantages over competitors.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities, address challenges, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery to customers.
