Supervise and grow wholesale and restaurant sales operations by managing sales representatives, developing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. The role ensures sales targets are achieved, credit risks are controlled, and operational processes are followed with high discipline.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Management & Revenue GrowthLead and supervise the sales team responsible for wholesale and restaurant accounts.Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.Identify new business opportunities in the restaurant and wholesale sectors.Conduct regular market visits to monitor pricing, competition, and customer needs.Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and customer updates.2. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant chains, distributors, and wholesale buyers.Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.Oversee onboarding of new clients, including documentation, pricing agreements, and delivery coordination.Ensure customers adhere to agreed purchasing volumes and contract terms.3. Credit Control & CollectionsMonitor customer credit limits, payment terms, and outstanding balances.Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.Implement company policies for early payment incentives and late payment penalties.Escalate high-risk accounts and recommend actions to mitigate financial exposure.4. Team Leadership & Performance ManagementSupervise, train, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team KPIs.Assign sales territories and ensure optimal coverage of all target areas.Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.Ensure sales reps follow company policies, visit schedules, and reporting standards.5. Operational CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.Monitor stock levels and communicate demand forecasts to procurement.Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, delivery notes, and customer agreements.Support management in preparing contracts, pricing structures, and promotional offers.6. Compliance & ReportingEnsure all sales activities comply with company policies and Saudi regulatory requirements.Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.Maintain accurate records of customer contracts, credit approvals, and visit logs.
