Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor has the responsibility of overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring efficient and safe operation of the warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  2. Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
  3. Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety procedures and best practices.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  7. Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse operations.
  8. Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the shift.
  9. Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
  10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
