  • Review warehouse schedule (balancing of incoming and outgoing) with Warehouse Supervisor & Leader
  • Support for cycle count and stock take
  • Provide weekly briefings to all supervisors and leaders
  • Control overtime for warehouse operator, drivers, etc.
  • Review & follow up implementation of SOPs in Warehouse for company improvement
  • Brief & train Warehouse and Transportation personnel (through Warehouse Supervisor & Warehouse Leader)
  • Monitor 3PL WHS & Transporter supplier (service quality, audit result/findings)
  • Review slow moving inventory with Supply Chain team
  • Provide training and mentoring to Supervisors and Leaders as required
  • Look to increase productivity and aim to achieve targets company which given
Qualifications and skills
  • Minimum Bachelor?s Degree with minimum 5 years? experience in a warehouse management role
  • Experience in Raw Materials & Finished Goods essential
  • Advanced English (both written and oral)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Familiar with ERP system ? SAP experience is a distinct advantage
