Job Description

  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
  • Develop and update the warehouse strategic goals in line with the companys strategy.
  • Prepare and implement the annual warehouse plan to support the overall strategic objectives of the company.
  • Prepare and manage the warehouse budget.
  • Distribute workload among warehouse staff, monitor and ensure that all staff members are performing their tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure goods are prepared according to the invoice.
  • Prepare and submit reports of damaged and near-expiry goods in shipments.
  • Oversee, monitor and control price scanning, tagging and labeling.
  • Supervise the packing and weighing of goods set to be delivered.
  • Monitor incoming goods unloading and unpacking to ensure avoiding goods damage and losses.
  • Check the quantity and quality of the incoming materials from suppliers.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized and hygienic warehouse through proper housekeeping in line with the companys standards.
  • Ensure that the warehouse vehicles and machinery are kept in their assigned area /place accordioning to the set policy.ÿÿ
  • Ensure that the invoices? expiry date, item number and the batch are correct.
  • Coordinate and control goods dispatches as per requirements.
  • Conduct meetings with Department Managers to keep them up to date of the warehouse status & activities.
  • Prepare needed or missing material reports on a weekly time basis.
  • Prepare update reports of the warehouse and submit them to the direct manager.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
