One of luxury Ballroom in Jeddah City1. Maintain a professional hygiene appearance at all the time.2. Maintain a close relationship with staff.3. Be aware and adhere to ballroom policies and statutory requirements with regard to health and safety and fire procedures.4. Follow and adhere to all instructions received from your supervisor, management, concerning work procedure and special requirement.5. To attend regular training programs.6. To seat guest when receive from hostess in an orderly fashion.7. To present menu to guests in an orderly fashion and take beverage orders.8. To complete the service cover of the guest table according to the food order.9. To serve food and beverages item to guest according to established service in a quick and efficient manner.10. Ensure cleanliness of all equipment used, e.g. glassware, cutlery, linen.11. Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet tables, chairs carpet, walls and windows.12. Ensure that service stations (side board) are set up with all necessary equipment.13. Layout tables according to established procedure and standards14. Prepare food display and buffet (if required).15. Ensure that dishes, empty glasses are cleared from guests tables with minimum disturbance.16. Secure and maintain all operating equipments17. Report any damages of equipment to the direct manager who in turn will fill out the maintenance memo.18. Be aware of all the functions in the ballroom and be able to answer any guest question.19. Know your menu and daily specials.20. Always use ballroom equipment for the proper use and proper purpose.21. Inform the banquet manager if food leaving the kitchen does not meet ballroom standards.22. Never leave work till the shift is handed over from one shift to another in a smooth manner or till finishing the event.23. To be equable temperament and be able to work calmly under pressure.24. Deal with customer comments in a professional manner.25. Complies with Ballroom health, safety & hygiene policy.26. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
