Job SummaryOversee and manage the visual merchandising Team to ensure proper and appealing displayof items to increase sales and customer satisfaction, implement concepts forpodiums/windows, emphasizing a good background in design and also good creativityand aesthetics skills with a keen eye for detail.Job Duties & Performance Indicators

  • Create visually captivating concepts for pop-up displays, in-store presentations, and seasonal themes.
  • Develop innovative and creative approaches to product placement and storytelling.
  • Prepare and manage the Visual Merchandising budget, making cost-effective decisions while delivering appealing visual displays.
  • Lead and manage a team of four Visual Merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Oversee work schedules and task assignments, ensuring the teams productivity and development.
  • Oversee the installation and assembly of creative displays, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
  • Manage the creation and placement of signage, hangers, and other promotional materials, ensuring they adhere to brand standards and enhance product presentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all Visual Merchandising materials and supplies.
  • Replenish and order materials as needed to execute displays.
  • Ensure that all visual merchandising activities align with the brands guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive look.
  • Prepare and send regular visual merchandising reports to brands, highlighting the impact of displays on sales and customer engagement if needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and design trends to apply them effectively in-store and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to coordinate window and pop-up installations and accommodate new collection arrivals
  • Oversee work schedules and task assignments, ensuring the teams productivity and development.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to source materials, props, and displays at competitive prices and ensure timely deliveries.
