Job Description

Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled UPVC Fabrication Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling UPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) products, including windows, doors, and other related components, according to technical specifications and client requirements. This role involves precision, technical expertise, and adherence to safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fabrication and Assembly:
  • Operate UPVC fabrication machinery, such as cutting, welding, and routing machines.
  • Measure, cut, and shape UPVC profiles according to design specifications and technical drawings.
  • Assemble UPVC frames, windows, doors, and other components.
  1. Quality Control:
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform necessary adjustments and repairs to maintain high-quality output.
  1. Machine Maintenance:
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on fabrication equipment.
  • Report any major equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.
  1. Safety and Compliance:
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations.
