Company Activity:Waste Transports via Trucks, which requires skills in human interactions (drivers / technicians) and planning / coordination interest .and General Maintenance understanding (preventive/post) for waste compactors.1 . Manages and directs the external operations-Customers and Daily trips.2 . Responsibility for work safety of drivers and maintenance (using safety shoes and work clothing, etc)3 . Performs Visual controls by ensuring all trucks and compactors are mechanically fit.4 . Ensure to create updates and close the ROs after getting complaints from the drivers.5 . Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, or meeting with individual staff members and develop this important issue.6. Negotiate and authorize agreements with subcontractors and monitor their fulfilment7 . Communicates with all relevant clients to ensure delivery times are met according to tasks assigned.8 . Responsible for resolving accident-related communication.9. Co-ordination of all complaints and issues with subcontractors and customers10. Disposition of maintenance team for necessary services on outside compactors, customer sites, internal and contracted services11 . Responsible for reviewing all trip against contracts.12 .Responsible for sharing the accident report with the HR with necessary details in the prescribed format.13. Control of maintenance documentation14. Accept customer calls in case of emergencies15. Develop improvements and propose to the superior manager16. Strong exchange of information with Sales Manager and other stations17. Collaborate with other managers or staff members to formulate and implement policies, procedures, or objectives.18. Monitoring of lifecycle costs of own trucks and equipment19. Manage activity in the assigned regions20. Co-ordination with workshops and other external suppliers21. Petty Cash handling22. Managing the Yard, Labors, Accommodation23. Monitoring Trucks (Cleaning, Preventive Maintenance)24. Monitoring Compactors and Equipment (Cleaning, Media Stickers)25. General purchasing for company requirements26. Stock keeping and reporting to accounts27. Overlooking special projects and adhoc projects.
