In this position, your job duties are to keep track of multiple accounts associated with the business, and you also make any payments due to other parties.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop processes and systems to determine daily funds position. .
  • Receives funds collected, issues receipts, make deposits of cash and checks immediately in bank account and retaining deposit slips.
  • Prepare authorizations for payment, signed by the authorized person.
  • Complete new bank set ups including documentation, KYC, and connectivity
  • Execute funds movement transactions as required.
  • Manage transactional foreign exchange by targeting the best spot rate.
  • Assess, manage, and mitigate foreign currency exposure.
  • Manage payment processing and fraud prevention functions.
  • Anticipating changes in cash balances and planning coverage by facilities
  • Other duties assigned by Treasury Chief Accountant
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree Finance or Accounting ( Finance is Preferred )
  • 2 years? experience in the finance or accounting field.
  • Fluency in English (highly preferred)
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
  • Understanding and experience ofTreasury Accounting including foreign exchange, liquidity, cashflow and various Financial Instruments
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Appropriate handling of sensitive information
  • Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple parties
