Job Description

A leading private company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled and experienced Treasury Manager to join their team. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys treasury operations, including cash management, risk management, and investment strategies. This role requires a candidate with a strong financial background and excellent analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with the Saudi Arabian financial market.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement cash management strategies to ensure optimal liquidity and working capital management.
  2. Manage the companys banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  4. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate currency, interest rate, and credit risk.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  6. Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the companys investment portfolio.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of treasury professionals.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong understanding of cash management principles and techniques.
  6. Experience with treasury management systems and financial software.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
