Job Description

A Corporate Travel Consultant plays a crucial role in the travel industry by assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This position involves a combination of customer service, sales, and travel expertise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various travel destinations, the ability to create customized travel itineraries, and a passion for providing exceptional service.Responsibilities:

  1. Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  2. Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.
  3. Prepare and present detailed travel itineraries to clients.
  4. Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements on behalf of clients.
  5. Provide clients with information on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories.
  6. Handle any issues or complaints that arise during the travel process.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, travel deals, and new destinations.
  8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  10. Promote additional services such as travel insurance and tours.
Key Requirements:Experience: 5-10 years in corporate travel management.Sales & Client Management: Strong ability to build and manage corporate accounts.Network: Established relationships with corporate clients in the travel sector.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).Location: Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
