Oversee the preparation of vehicle movement supplies and extensions, ensuring drivers have the necessary resources. Conduct vehicle inspections to confirm their readiness before delivery to the end user.Maintain comprehensive data and information regarding vehicle movement and locations. Coordinate with workshops for necessary maintenance procedures.Take full responsibility for managing and directing truck drivers. Ensure compliance with all customs procedures related to truck operations and execute cargo transport operations.Manage direct interactions with other transport companies and work on providing external trucks as needed. Supervise fuel consumption alongside financial management.Monitor customer requests and ensure their timely execution. Seek new clients and guarantee their onboarding.Prepare and update transport documents and follow up on any updates. Ensure all accident-related matters are addressed.Prepare and submit reports to the direct manager regarding the extent of customer needs through the execution of cargo transport tasks.Supervise the monitoring of truck speeds and ensure drivers comply with driving instructions.Maintain organized records for vehicles, timelines, and complete orders. Assist in planning routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and clients to address any transport-related issues.Implement safety checks regularly on equipment.Other duties as assigned by the direct manager.Skills1.
