Liaise with various departments internally and external.To arrange the ongoing training, both internal and external for all staff. To develop and implement individual training plans for all employees (role specific) - that ensures their growth and development through engagement. Align the businesses training plan with advances in product and industry specific technological developments.Liaise directly with the manufacturer for on-line and classroom based training sessions. Ability to plan and work with the demands of a manufacturing unit. Instigate a ongoing development program that ensures business growth. Carry out employee reviews to establish future training needs. Develop operationally based programs that support specific engineering disciplines. Experience of Budget and resource planning is a must.
