food service &restaurant company is seeking for Training and Development Manager will be responsible for training all Food Service employees to ensure that all processes are learned and practiced by all new and existing employees. Responsible for the overall training and safety programs for the food service department and any other department that services. This position will be tasked with training and cultural workforce development for all Salaried and Hourly employees.Key Responsibilities:1- Conduct needs assessments to determine training needs across various departments and levels of the organization.2- Analyze data from performance reviews, surveys, and interviews to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.3- Develop training programs and strategies that are aligned with the organizations objectives and employee development needs.4- Design curriculum, learning materials, and training manuals for various courses and workshops.5- Deliver training sessions personally or coordinate with internal or external trainers to conduct workshops, seminars.Food Safety training for staff .6-Ensure training methods and materials are engaging, effective, and meet the learning objectives.7- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.8- Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback and results.9- Monitor employee participation and progress in training programs.10- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align training initiatives with business goals.11-Lead a team of coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed.12-Prepare and present reports on training program outcomes
