Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as HVAC system maintenance, plumbing repairs, and electrical work
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance
  • Respond to facility-related emergencies and perform repairs as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of facility maintenance plans and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
