We are seeking an experienced Trucking & Fleet Operations Manager to establish and oversee our logistics department comprehensively.The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of transportation activities, including but not limited to:Responsibilities:Selecting and purchasing appropriate vehicles based on operational needsCompleting vehicle registration and licensing procedures and all regulatory requirementsManaging insurance and compliance with regulations and policiesRecruiting and managing drivers and operational staffPlanning routes and optimizing logistics operationsOverseeing fleet maintenance and fuel managementManaging operational costs and preparing financial reportsEnsuring full compliance with transportation systems and safety standardsSkillsRequirements:Minimum of 5 years experience in transportation or fleet managementStrong knowledge of transportation systems and regulationsExperience in purchasing vehicles and establishing fleetsStrong leadership and management skillsAbility to establish and manage operations from scratchWe are looking for a practical individual with clear results, capable of taking full responsibility and ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with systems.Salary and benefits are determined based on experience and competency.
