Job Summary:The Talent Development Section Head plays a critical role in fostering employee growth and optimizing performance within the MBL. This position focuses on developing and implementing training programs while managing performance evaluation processes to ensure alignment with MBL objectives.Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs and create development plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
