Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working talent acquisition specialist to join our team, with a minimum 2 years of experience.Preferred candidate is a Saudi woman.The job location is in the Industrial Area of Jeddah.Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate easy decision-making for top-level management through prompt provision of in-depth recruitment records.
  • Portray good command of concise planning to meet the companys recruitment demands.
  • Establish a sound sourcing and recruitment plan to funnel high-skilled individuals for required vacancies.
  • Discuss existing organizational requirements to conduct an efficient talent hiring process.
  • Work with concerned managements to develop accurate job profile descriptions as per requirements.
  • Take charge of sourcing talented professionals by posting job profiles on well-known job portals.
