About the Role:We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment and onboarding for a fast-growing food manufacturing company in Jeddah. This role requires a strategic recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all functions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment ? sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring solutions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including , job portals, headhunting, and industry networking.
Onboarding & Employee Experience:
  • Oversee new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Develop onboarding programs that enhance engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws during onboarding.
Stakeholder & Process Management:
  • Maintain high-level follow-ups with department heads to track hiring progress.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes to reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience.
