Job Description

  • Develop and implement supply and logistics strategies and plans that align with the companys objectives.
  • Analyze data and statistics to determine future material and resource needs.
  • Create detailed plans to meet market demands in current and new areas.
  • Oversee all aspects of supply and logistics planning, execution, and supervision.
  • Identify company needs for products and materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage the procurement process.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of their resource and material needs.
  • Stay updated on technological and industrial developments and assess their potential applications in the company.
  • Collect and analyze supply chain data to make strategic decisions.
  • Work on reducing supply and logistics costs while maintaining product and service quality.
  • Improve processes, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Lead and guide the supply and logistics team, enhancing their capabilities and skills.
  • Set goals and performance expectations, and evaluate employee performance.
  • Prepare periodic reports on supply and logistics performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage purchasing operations to ensure the availability of necessary materials and services at competitive prices and high quality.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed standards.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and ensure adherence to contract terms and agreements.
  • Evaluate supplier offers to secure the best prices and services.
  • Select and approve new suppliers and review the performance of existing suppliers.
