SummaryOversees Low Current System Preventive and corrective maintenance performed by Maintenance Contractor or Task Force Personnel.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Supervises the Low Current team to install requested low current systems.2. Assists with planning and supervision of Low Current activities. Makes recommendations and proposals for new equipment and for replacement of existing equipment.3. Supervises the testing & commissioning of newly installed BMS, CCTV, Access Control, SMATV, Fire Alarm, Public addresses systems, paging, Intercom and Gate Barriers. Alarm, Public address systems, paging.4. Provides technical assistance to Maintenance Contractor for corrective maintenance of all Low Current System.5. Prepares updates and reports for the Low Current System.6. Modifies and re-program Low Current systems and devices as part of expansion and or renovation Projects.7. Assists Maintenance team in trouble shooting and correcting problems in the Fire Alarm, Building Management and Nurse Call systems.EducationBachelor?s or Associate?s Degree (two years) in Electronics Engineering or related discipline is required.Experience RequiredOne (1) year of related experience with Bachelor?s Degree or three (3) years of related experience with Associate?s Degree required.Other Requirements(Certificates)N/A
