Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations and sales performance of our beauty retail store in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and drive sales performance
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, product merchandising, and visual displays
  • Train and develop staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure effective stock control and replenishment
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities
