Job Description

1. Sales and Customer Service:

  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.
  • Handle sales transactions and operate the cash register.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
2. Inventory Management:
  • Monitor stock levels and update inventory records.
  • Receive, organize, and display new stock.
  • Report low stock and reorder items as necessary.
3. Store Maintenance:
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Ensure proper arrangement of products on shelves.
4. Cash Handling:
  • Manage daily cash transactions and reconcile at the end of the day.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
5. Operations and Security:
  • Open and close the store on time.
  • Monitor store security and prevent theft.
6. Reporting:
  • Provide daily or weekly reports on sales and inventory to the store owner.
  • Suggest improvements for increasing sales and efficiency.
