  • Must perform data entry for all inbound transactions documented on time and correctly.
  • Liaise with purchasingdemand dept to ensure all truck or containers (as per booking reference) are truck in on time for receiving arrangement.
  • To ensure all inbound process are according to company HACCP requirement.
  • Must prepare RM/PM receiving summary checklists for every single truck or container and to ensure all items be received correctly as per site SOPs.
  • To maintain 5S+S and GMP at all time.
  • To perform weekly cycle count and ensure have real time stock figure.
  • To ensure materials requirement are transferred to production on time on time.
  • To make sure warehouse operations adhere Environmental Management System (EMS) requirement and procedure
  • To prepare document for external WH (packing list) delivery accordingly.
  • To undertake any other related duties that may be given by the Management from time to time
  • Relabel form are filled up correctly before relabeling activity can take place.
  • Work closely with purchasing team and QC Department to ensure:
    • Containers and lorry are inspected before every offloading
    • Shipment photo is retained for the relevant shipment
    • QC materials status is checked for release
  • Reports Produced:
    • KPIs
    • Received materials summary
    • External WH transactions summary
Qualifications and skills
  • Able to work as a team with the rest of the staff.
  • Being innovative to provide new ideas and be able to put them in practice.
  • Able to interact socially and technically with internal teams in order to ensure all problems are completed on time.
