Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure successful execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in executing strategic initiatives. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to drive progress and overcome any roadblocks. Facilitate regular meetings, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth execution.Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of strategic initiatives.
