Job Description

The Spa Machine Equipment Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects related to providing spa machines for hotels, gyms, branches, and other parties. This role involves overseeing the selection and supervision of equipment installation, as well as ensuring that all machines meet our operational standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of spa machines, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each location.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with equipment suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring that all equipment is delivered, installed, and serviced according to agreements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all spa machines function correctly and meet safety and quality standards.
  • Innovation Management: Stay informed about the latest advancements in spa technology and recommend new machines or upgrades to improve the guest experience.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on equipment status, budgets, and any issues that need addressing to senior management.
