Accomplish the company's goals by developing and maintaining Company applications, MS SQL databases. Address user's needs and resolve it.Develop and maintain current Software products. Enhance current products by developing additional capabilities for users. Duties? Manages licenses for all software applications? Respond to any user's problems in a timely manner.? Provides "help desk" service to staff.? SQL Database tuning (SQL / Other Database).? SQL Database replication.? Backup and restoration management for databases.? Database upgrade/migrations in Conjunctin with SW Vendor? Database Sizing & Capacity planning.? Handling various database performance issues.? Creates and maintains application documentation and tutorials.? Develop and design new applications to support departments requests? Maintain current software products, recommend new solutions Documentation? Documents specific duties, activities, problems solved and issues resolved? Assists in the documentation of applications and any resources in conjunction with the other IT department staffMiscellaneous? Attends meetings and serves on committees, as requested? Maintains and increases knowledge and skills through attendance at meetings, conferences, training seminars, and in-service training sessions and completes an annual Personal Action Plan? Reads technical manuals and brochures to determine which software meets Departement requirements.Performs additional duties and assignments as requestedSkills? Strong Windows 2012 server, troubleshooting skills? Strong software programming experience? Excellent communication skills and personality is a MUST? Microsoft Certified database administrator is preferred? Significant knowledge of or background in integrated online systems, LANs.
