Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all project sites.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, including NEBOSH, OSHA, and local safety standards.
Organize and conduct safety training sessions for site personnel, including emergency response and accident prevention programs.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety measures are integrated into project planning and execution.
Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment on-site.
Work effectively in remote areas, managing safety operations for complex pipeline and water infrastructure projects.
