Job Description

Job Summary:As a site manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. Your role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals. You will also be expected to manage resources efficiently, resolve issues as they arise, and maintain a safe working environment. Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate installation drawings, participate with commissioning and handover, including defects identification and snagging.
  • Manage and monitor performance of Construction works, ensuring completion of related tasks in accordance with construction plans, and drawings.
  • Manage & ensure that safety & quality standards are understood, implemented, and maintained by all contractors.
  • Ensure Full understanding of contract and project requirement and specification Reporting all site activities and work progress to client and management.
  • Implement Quality and safety Plan at construction site.
  • Control and supervise of all on-site engineering and construction activities
  • Manage and Follow equipment?s, materials and components delivered to site
  • Manage subcontractors so their performance meets requirements of work schedule.
  • Supervise project demobilization and project closing as per company procedure.
  • Assist the onsite construction team to ensure that subcontractors aligned to the schedule and construction sequence.
  • Raise any issues that may affect progress, ensure that quality, benchmarks etc. are maintained and always delivered.
  • Follow up Punch list clearance at site to be approved.
  • Verify RFI qualification with consultants.
  • Attend client meetings and record points for closure.
  • Request for site requirements to be approved from PD.
  • Develop & submit the progress report to the PD.
