We are looking for a Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of finishing works, to work on residential and commercial projects in Al Khalidiyah, Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising field operations and ensuring their execution according to the plans and technical specifications. This role requires strong coordination skills with contractors and workers, as well as the ability to prepare regular reports on work progress. The candidate should be capable of reviewing technical plans and ensuring their compliance with reality. We offer a full-time permanent contract with the possibility of transferring sponsorship, and we welcome all genders.Responsibilities:Supervising finishing works and ensuring their execution according to the plans.Coordinating with contractors and workers to ensure efficient workflow.Preparing regular progress reports on work advancement.Reviewing technical plans and ensuring their compliance with reality.Evaluating the quality of materials used and ensuring their compliance with required standards.Preferred Candidate:Experience of no less than 5 years in the field of finishing works.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Deep understanding of construction practices and safety standards.SkillsProject Management: Ability to plan, organize, and monitor projects to ensure objectives are achieved.Effective Communication: Strong skills that facilitate interaction with various teams, clients, and contractors.Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.Knowledge of Regulations: Comprehensive understanding of local regulations and building safety standards.Leadership: Ability to lead and direct a team to achieve specified goals.
