We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and administration of the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in managing and maintaining the ServiceNow instance will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.Responsibilities:1- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow/Microfocus Service Manager applications, modules, and components to meet specific business requirements.2- Experience in Integration, development, and platform architecture.3- CSA or CAD or CIS-ITSM or CIS-CSM is a must.4- ServiceNow certifications CMA / CTA highlight desirable.5- Microfocus Service Manager/SMAX certificates highlight desirable5- experience working with Microfocus Service Manage, ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM,˙CSM,uCMDB.6- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards that provide insights and monitor key performance indicators7- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators, ensuring effective use of the ServiceNow platformExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
