We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Senior Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by accurately assessing client vehicle issues, providing expert advice, and coordinating all necessary repairs and maintenance. Your extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and customer service will play a critical role in effectively managing our service departments daily operations.Responsibilities:

  • Assess and Diagnose:
  • Greet customers and thoroughly understand their vehicles issues, symptoms, and concerns.
  • Use your expertise to assess, diagnose, and recommend the most effective solutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued, respected, and well-informed throughout the entire service process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, addressing all customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Effectively communicate service recommendations and associated costs with transparency.
  • Repairs and Maintenance Coordination:
  • Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the workflow of the service department.
  • Liaise between customers and technicians to explain recommended repair and maintenance work, including timelines and costs involved.
