The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the companys network infrastructure. They will collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure the network is secure, efficient, and reliable. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in network engineering and possess strong technical skills.Responsibilities:? Managing and working on FortiGate SDWAN technology.? Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN,SD-WAN)? Configure and install switches, routers, firewalls and other network devices.? Creating and implementing network security measures.? Day to day IT Network Operations.? Deal effectively with solving the root cause of issues.? Report performance with KPI?s/scorecards? Meeting the SLA with customers.? Executing IT connectivity related projects.? Monitoring connectivity/internet performance and policy compliance.? Co-ordinating and implementing network plan for user access to main Application Software, and Servers.? Responsible for all the WAN communication links with all the remote branches using MPLS orany latest technology.? Responsible for maintaining state-of-the-art Computer room and peripherals.? Establishes and controls network access procedures, Internet access, VPN and ensure thatusers obtain required service.? Collecting and compiling statistics on network usage, network layouts and network configuration details and submit to the management.? Maintaining up-to-date inventory of all main network devices installed from time to time.? Continuously liaises and coordinates with concerned business units on any operational ornetwork changes.? Monitoring performance of network and suggests changes/upgrading to enhance operationalefficiency and user convenience.? Preparing analytical reports on the performance of existing network and suggests means toenhance/upgrade network efficiency.? Maintaining complete technical documentationMinimum Qualifications:? Bachelor Degree in IT? Cisco certification [CCNP]? At least 5 years of networking experience (WAN, LAN and WLAN).? Field experience in network and connectivity either with ISP or IT division of a medium to large size business.
